permettre au Syndic de r\u00e9gler les factures <\/strong><strong>de la copropri\u00e9t\u00e9. <\/strong><strong>Les charges se composent des frais, engendr\u00e9s par les habitants (gaz, eau, \u00e9lectricit\u00e9, ascenseur, entretiens divers, etc.). <\/strong><strong>Pour ces frais des factures sont adress\u00e9es <em>\u00e0 <\/em>la copropri\u00e9t\u00e9, pay\u00e9es par le biais du compte courant de la copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 et reparties entre les copropri\u00e9taires, en fonction de leurs milli\u00e8mes, annuellement dans le d\u00e9compte. Le d\u00e9compte annuel d&#8217;une copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 n&#8217;est rien d\u2019autre que la r\u00e9gularisation entre les avances et les frais effectifs. Tous les copropri\u00e9taires, sans exception, font <\/strong><strong>partie du syndicat des copropri\u00e9taires. Le syndic de la copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 concern\u00e9e est \u00e0 avertir de suite, par \u00e9crit (il est fortement recommand\u00e9 d&#8217;envoyer une copie de l&#8217;acte d&#8217;achat notarie au syndic \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que ce dernier doit faire la mutation et \u00eatre en possession des num\u00e9ros et milli\u00e8mes de lots acquits.
